POINTS OF INTEREST This feature allows you to add points on the map for places that aren’t indexed by Google Maps or simply to speed up the booking process. Dispatchers only need to start typing the name of the POIs in the pick up or drop off address bars for them to be selectable. POI CATEGORIES Creating categories is not a necessary step for the use of this feature, but it is useful when you have a large amount of POIs. You can create up to 100 different categories, for example Libraries or Restaurants. Create categories for your POIs Go to the second tab POI categories (https://portal.taxicaller.net/dispatch/poi/categories) and start adding them directly.
