• Always LEFT align
• Bullet point lists should be indented x1 

To save time, write your article first and then format it. The LA tool for creating articles switches between fonts. 

Start all articles with a short intro describing what the feature or setting is for. 

Add a video if needed. All videos should be uploaded to Vimeo.

Finally, add any extra links which link the customer to other relevant articles that might be useful. For example, when writing about IVR, it can be good to link to the guide on how to set up a Twillio Account.
